什么是共模干扰?如上图所示,如果基极信号源Signal_in的电流和电压都不变β也不变,但是Ice确因为外界的某些原因变了,那么这个电路对于Ice的变化是无能为力的。如上图所示,Signal_in的电流和电压都不变β也不变,实际Ice和理想的Ice=Ib*β之间的变化量叫做共模干扰。如何共模干扰?结合上图在联系左图,可以发现R6电阻可以有效地共模干扰并且将干扰在一定范围以内。假设Signal_in的电流和电压都不变β也不变实际Ice大于了理想的Ice,那么可以推导出上图电路的工作过程∵(Ib不变)(Ic上升)(Vr6上升)(Vbe下降)(Ibe下降)(Ic下降)∴可以看出由于R6电阻的作用,使此电路的Ice输出达到了一个动态平衡∴可以发现R6的电流变化与Ib的电流变化方向是相反的,所以R6是这个电路中的负反馈电阻。
